I got them from a local store, but you can find them online. I have the three layer in black, the two layer in tan.

Yes they are expensive. They are made from animal. Anything made from animal is going to be expensive. They will, however, last you forever. And are warm and comfortable and conform to your feet, unlike the cheaper knock-off versions, which always look really really bad.
